A flexible mix of demand
Insurance placements, corporate relocations, and extended stays can complement shorter bookings. The right strategy depends on the home, applicable requirements, seasonality, and actual demand. We do not promise occupancy or a particular revenue result.
What we coordinate
- Listing presentation, photography guidance, calendar strategy, and dynamic pricing.
- Guest communication, arrival details, cleaner scheduling, and turnover follow-through.
- Inventory oversight, restocking, maintenance vendors, and issue coordination.
- Claim documentation support and owner updates.
Our co-hosting fee
The standard co-host management fee is 20%. We discuss the calculation, platform arrangements, third-party costs, and responsibilities before starting. There is no long-term management commitment; current reservations and handoff responsibilities should still be agreed clearly.
